DELIVERY POLICY
All items are shipped within 48 hours after we receive your order. All orders placed by mail or through our web site and paid by check (even through pay-pal) may experience a delay in shipping until our office receives confirmation that the payment has cleared our bank. UPS is our preferred method of shipping. However we may be able to accommodate a different shipping method if you contact our office first and place your order through the mail. UPS will only deliver to a street address, please no post office box's.
ORDER CHANGES
Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change orders already delivered or presently in route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change a delivery address, please call our Customer Service Department at (877)859-0918.
